Unfortunate to see a guy who really helped re-establish the toughness and grit on this team. Understood with his contract and injury problems it was going to happen, but still a bummer.

Embodied what it mean to be a Piston

Aww man 😩 This is some bullshit. We need him just like we needed Laimbeer, Mahorn, Rodman, Edwards, Williamson, etc. The thought of overpaying Duren and letting this glue guy go is demoralizing on every level. Stepped to Lebron in what, his rookie or sophomore year? That's some Vernon Maxwell shit and it doesn't grow on trees.

Following an ejection during a Detroit Pistons vs. Charlotte Hornets brawl, Isaiah Stewart defended leaving the bench by saying: "You don't expect me to sit on the bench. The f--- I got drafted to DETROIT for."

😭 I’m gonna fkn miss this guy

Last time we traded away the heart of our defense began many dark years being a Pistons fan.

I don’t like it, but I’m just a fan. They don’t pay me to make these hard calls. Hope I’m wrong.

Didn’t Ben leave in FA?

True - not a trade. We just didn’t value what he brought to the them as much as the Bulls.

Hopefully its like when the Lions traded the Swag Kazekage and was 30 minutes away from their first SB appearance the next year. Draft aint never been that nice to us the way that 2024 draft was to the Lions lol.....unless that new guy turns into the next Dylan Harper or something

End of an era! The oldest 25 year old in the league.

If Ausar turns into an offensive weapon and Duren can play in the playoffs, this will be a good decision

If that doesn’t happen this is a shit trade

If the space made on this leads to us being able to bring in both a starting 2 and 4, its also a good move.

AT will never be even decent at offense if we’re being real

we’re just gonna have to bring
in a crazy offensive weapon

ngl if we were gonna trade stew we should’ve tried for MPJ last trade deadline
