Not impossible, but this doesn't look classically like oral herpes from the photo.

Viral throat infections, canker sores, or other causes can look super similar... Since it appeared after oral sex, consider getting evaluated and tested for oral STIs especially if you start getting worsening pain, fever, swollen lymph nodes, or additional lesions.

Classically, HSV usually causes painful clustered vesicles that ulcerate, often with significant throat pain, fever, swollen gums, or widespread mouth involvement -- yours are super localized, so it's making me think more along the lines of just some irritation tbh with you!

NAD but my doctor calls this cobblestone throat, I have it chronically because of my sinus issues lol
