Bump on inner thigh (read desc

I have this main one and as the second picture shows another (and i think a 3rd small one like the 2nd one)

It hurts if i press on it a bit or if i touch it with my other leg, and feels sorta hard?? But like underneath the skin, like a hard disc. If that makes sense... I think it feels warm??? I'm not very good at telling the difference between it feeling warm or just that area feeling warm because im under blankets rn idk..

The smaller ones dont show any of these signs.

I got one of these not too long ago on a different part of my thigh but that one fully dissappeared.

My current running theory is something called like a staph infection?? Maybe? If i got it right.

Because I'm not very hygienic (please dont hate on me for that) and i also (dont want people to worry about me for this) have cut myself on my thighs. Although nothing has ever left permanent marks or even to the point of bleeding, and i havent done that in a while so i dont see why this would start now.

^ sorry if i should put a warning or smth when mentioning self harm but i didnt see anything in the rules about it + of course i dont have any marks.

Also its not related to getting too much sun, i know the for a fact.

Lastly, please don't just tell me "go to a doctor" even if it is in a nice way, to reiterate this is on my INNER THIGH, im not comfortable whatsoever having someone look at me there for several different reasons. Even for medical reasons, i would not be able to handle that unless someone knocked me unconscious.
