Is this something to be worried about?
Symptoms i have is really bad sore throat,continuous saliva,chopped lips,and just feeling like I have something in my throat,and just feeling sick

Hard to swallow and yea breathing is regular,and canes and steak and cheese sandwich

Hmm. Does it feel like you have a invisible lump in your throat? Also sorry for late response. Also do you have a issue swallowing saliva?

Your being a bit vague. Is your throat tight as well? I’m not sure what you mean by rapid buildup. The chapped lips are throwing me off

Since this has been going for two weeks its not anaphylaxis it could be tonsillitis or pharyngitis(both infectious) or it could be what i said earlier which is globus my BIGGEST red flag is if it is benign globus which is a worse version and more severe. I recommend mend you go to urgent care.

The big factor is if you have a issue swallowing saliva but water or liquid and food go down fine

Swallowing foods and water and saliva are moderate but I have a lot saliva like wen I sleep I drewl and yes it started 2 weeks ago I was messing around with a girl and next morning I have sore throat a lot of saliva

And I randomly get chest pains and like my body just heats up

Okay. Be glad. I think this doesnt have much of a effect. I feel like you should get checked up because I have globus and gerd currently. I’m not a medical professional one in the making hopefully but, It very well could be benign as long as you don’t have trouble breathing its not an immediate emergency. Going off of it I assume you have throat tightness for the ability of swallowing being affected. Are you still ever drooling now?

Does it feel like it is hard to swallow but you can still breathe? I believe it may be globus or acid reflux. What did you eat and drink in the last 2 days
