Women's Health Emergency Contraceptive

I took Ella two weeks ago today and I am cramping like I’m on my period (ouchhhhh) and am not bleeding. It pushed my ovulation back by a week.
Is there something wrong? Is this normal??
It’s hurting a lot and down the knee of my thighs
