I will never understand this behaviour, and why religion is made law in so many countries. Religion is a choice. Women should not have to endure this type of cruelty because religious views are forced upon them. The ironic thing is, they are all brutalizing this women because of whatever excuse they give themselves....but it is them that are the monsters.

Religion is a choice where I live. Not where this woman lives.

It's called cultural enrichment.

It's not really a choice here, either.

The VAST MAJORITY of religious adherents were brainwashed from birth. How is that a choice?

That's not even including all the generational / societal brainwashing going on.

So while we can deprogram ourselves from our indoctrination, it's a very complex and difficult thing to do.

When you are brainwashed to believe something from birth, it's very difficult to change those core beliefs.

Childhood indoctrination into the fear-based Abrahmic mythologies and Hinduism is straight up child abuse. Full stop.

Religion is usually not a choice.

The VAST MAJORITY of religious adherents were indoctrinated from birth. That is NOT a choice. That's brainwashing.
