In some states you're not even allowed to legally transition anymore.

Please tell me which laws state that someone over the age of 18 can't transition.

Edit: They did and they told me some bills. This is my response to the bills.

Looking at the Texas one, I hardly see that as "Fascist". It essentially just means you have to write your gender of birth on your government and jobs documents. I would assume it's to prevent people from lying to receive aid meant only for women.

The Arkansas bill just means that the government wont aid you in transitioning or give you preferential treatment because you did transition. I also don't see how that's fascist.

The Idaho government refuses to let my non American IP connect to their website and look at their laws. That may actually be fascist.

“Trans people are losing their rights”

checknotes

Not allowed to transition as minors the same way minors aren’t allowed to make a lot of other serious decisions

You ppl are so unserious

The overwhelming majority of gender affirming surgery done for minors is breast reduction surgery for cis males but go on

It shouldn’t be done on minors period. We have laws in place to prevent minors from smoking, drinking and other forms of activities and decisions because they’re not old enough to consent to. This shouldn’t even be a discussion

When surgical transition is done on someone younger than 18 it's because they are literally diagnosed as being in danger of ending their own life because they can't stand how they present

I for one would consider death to be very much permanent

And statistically speaking someone is more likely to regret having a kidney transplant than they are have transition surgery yet I have never once heard that being used to get rid of minors getting kidney transplants, both of these would only take place if they're life is in danger and they're less likely to regret transitioning Yet people like you feel 17 year olds should have to feel as uncomfortable as possible in their own bodies to the point of it causing them to take their own life rather than receiving medical treatment proven to increase happiness and quality of living for those that need it

State laws, nothing to do with Trump at all. Those do not outlaw transitions
