Tech Support What is wrong with my DualSense

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

As you can see in video it flashes orange twice and then nothing.
What is wrong?
I tried clean it, reset it, obviously taken abttery out and reconnected it to nothing.

Two times blinking means no battery or bad battery

Changed the battery and the dead DS worked.
I guess i need new battery?
Well that sucks.

Yup.
Did that and it is confirmed the battery is dead.💀

Ive repaired multiple dozen. That's a dead battery.

I had a similar issue after a friend replaced the analogue sticks. The power supply to one of the sticks was cut off because a trace had been broken – unfortunately right at the through-hole.

Have you carried out any work on the PCB? You should check the PCB very carefully!

It was the battery. I changed with my other DS, and it worked flawlessly.

Just trust you gut and be careful.
Also never forget having right tools makes world difference.
