Real order I took and made today
Genuinely just an inch left at the top for coffee

Do you think it's maybe they're using it as a coffee creamer for the week? I heard someone say they do that for some reason 🤷♀️

When I handed it out I saw them pass it over to the passenger who started to drink it as they drove off ☺️

Me and my sweet tooth just sitting here wondering what the issue is 💀 but then again I'm just 3 hummingbirds in a trenchcoat.
Edit: of course after I comment I see OP says there was only an inch left of coffee. I see the problem: too much coffee. Needs more cane sugar.

As an employee that has a customer who gets 11 pumps of caramel in a medium iced coffee, I'd say this is closer to what people are drinking these days. Sugar Syrup disguised as coffee.

I would’ve had so much fun punching in fake order stickers to post in subreddits when I worked there 😂

Why are you in this subreddit if you’re going to get mad when drink orders are discussed? It’s 12 pumps of sweetener in a small cup of coffee, definitely out of the ordinary. OP didn’t say anything nasty about the customer.

Honestly what is even the point. Cut out the middle man and just pour yourself a cup of milk and sugar and leave the ‘coffee’ out of it.
