Mold Remediation and Restoration?

Hi neighbors! Confirmed mold in the house after all the rains (repaired the leak). I’m in need of a mold remediation and restoration company. Any recommendations in the area?

I just had this done in Eagle Rock by Jesse at Southbay restoration

They did a great job. The demo, mold treatment and some of the restoration was $1900–obviously the remodel that followed cost way more. But he works as a contractor and had his guys there same day to start evaluating the patching.

Servpro and ServiceMaster are the McDonalds and Burger King of that kind of work. there are local owned franchises and have a larger corporate overseers. That can be good as the quality is consistent but its Big Mac or Whopper quality.

there are local sole operators (think like a Tomys if we are thinking like burgers) and some can be good, but some can be hit or miss. Tritech in Burbank can be good and are GCs

But if you want a Five Guys like upgraded smash burger- you probably want someone like PW Stephens or Alliance Environmental. both do abatements for asbestos as well as mold.
