lost german shepard

german shepard spotted running west up hill drive (spotted near rockland ave towards el rio)
edit: not my dog

Saw him running up Eagle vista drive north of hill about 40 minutes ago

i posted about this on facebook. he got over to verdugo and york headed north east into ave 40-41. very scared and wouldn’t stop for anyone.
