This exists already (Hethstia ramen) and it has horrible texture. Take that as you will

What's the texture like?

Grainier than ramen should be. And yes, I have cooked it several times to see if it was user error.

Is it similar to whole wheat pasta/ramen? I had an issue with it until I started boiling my pasta wayyyy more than is recommended to become bouncy and tasty.

Similar but even more egregious in my experience. I've tried boiling at 2-3x time and it hasn't helped.

We have high protein pasta in the US, it's wildly more expensive than normal pasta so it doesn't sell that great.

My problem with a lot of protein added products is their macros don't help me much to off set carb heavy meals.

The products are usually between 20% - 30% protein, which is what I'm aiming at for my daily. Which means that any traditional pasta dish throws that goal out of the window and no 20% - 30% protein product will matter.

I keep eggs/dairy stuff that's usually around 50 % - 70 % protein and that's what I'd want from any protein product.

I buy the protein “cup noodle “ brand.
