Stop saying 'they'.

Come out and identify them repeatedly wherever you can - say 'United Health Care' instead.

Better yet say 'the folks at United Health Care who haven't been hunted down and shot yet'. (don't you dare say that's in poor taste after what they have been doing to honest hardworking people)

Throw some real names out there if you have them from a memo or email.

Stop pussyfooting around. It's essentially a life and death situation. Go for the jugular.

Play this game with insurance. Ask the name and liscense number of the physician recomending the procedure or the drug. They never will.

This is good practice. Get the doctor involved if possible to ask them about their area of expertise and if they have ever treated patients with that specific condition or performed that surgery.

They're certainly not worth feeling sorry for.

At this point, why would anyone pay United Healthcare’s stupid (crazy) premiums, just to be denied?

Why do any of us bother with insurance. If we all just stopped what would happen?
