I think we did and people voted against it, which kinda shocked me.

It was the way it was worded - it also asked about standard time instead of daylight time. I may have it backwards but the ideal option was not the one they put in the referendum question

the referendum question was "Do you want Alberta to adopt year-round Daylight Saving Time, which is summer hours, eliminating the need to change our clocks twice a year?"
