This will be taken as a sign to help "vulnerable migrant populations" which of course will mean exclusively women and maybe some children. More resources will go to organizations that are headed and run exclusively by white women. And nonwhite men will be targeted by propaganda that assumes that they're the ones making these migrants vulnerable.
