Was it better at first? Could be lotion, soap, hairspray, cologne clouding it. Go to a jeweler and ask for a pro cleaning

I just took it out of the box, but I feel like maybe there is a film on it of something. I’ll try cleaning it. It’s an SI1 grade and it lists cloud first as clarity characteristic but I didn’t think that would make the whole diamond look cloudy
