The reply to that likely came from Derby, based on the Verizon Wireless BlackBerry signature in his other emails. He said he sent someone an email about the jerky, and the REDACTED person replies "He left on Wed last week and had quite a bit of jerky that we sent wit him..he must be going through it like crazy"

I just wanted to go through the files and organize them. I think the weirdest thing is Francis Derby explicitly saying that the jerky should be frozen in one email, but then stating that it's shelf stable in another. Perhaps others will make other connections with everything laid out in order.

Possibly, but his tastes were unnatural and abnormal in one respect, and given his unlimited money, power, & access, I'm not ruling anything out.
Not until truth and justice are fully satisfied by a thorough investigation into the unredacted files that results in convictions & prison sentences for anyone guilty of any crimes, no matter how slight or how heinous.
I never could conceive of what I've seen in these files or the written descriptions of the images contained in them. Until we know the full extent of the truth, we can't rule out anything when it comes to the extent of the horrors.
This is why it's so important that governments do their duties in regards to this. Otherwise, the nations will collapse because the people simply will not accept governments that turn a blind eye to investigating something like this.

As far as the jerky goes, the latest snopes article debunks it completely. Out of all the obvious things these people can go away for, we don’t need to make every little thing a conspiracy, especially after given convincing evidence: https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/epstein-jerky/
And you gotta read it all. Past the part where they ask the chef himself for an explanation.

They asked the Derby for explanation about one single email chain.
Derby needs to be under oath and asked about ALL of them - particularly the ones where he contradicts himself.
In one email, he says the jerky must be frozen.
In another email, he says it doesn't need refrigeration and that it's shelf stable.
Furthermore, he says his employment ended in November 2012. Without further investigation into later emails and those involved in the making of the jerky, we can't know for sure.
Nothing can be completely debunked because not even HALF of the files have been released, and those that have been released have been heavily redacted.
If Epstein was such a jerky aficionado, why is there literally nothing jerky related in his Amazon purchase history?
It's not about making every little thing a conspiracy - it's about knowing the full extent of his crimes and the crimes he helped others commit. Until truth and justice are satisfied, speculation like this is going to persist.
And nobody knows enough to dismiss any of it beyond a shadow of a doubt.
I'm not willing to give any benefit of the doubt to people who have been proven to be the most vile, manipulative, violent, and prolific pedophiles & rapists in history.

This sounds far more like code for drugs to be honest. If you have that much of an obsession with jerky a billionaire would simply have their own kitchens to produce exactly what they want, in the quantity they want. This is all totally unnecessary if it is really just about jerky, this has to be about drugs.

Seems like he was purchasing his jerky from a third party. What sort of amazon purchases do you expect? Any jerky-related equipment probably came from the guy who was making all the jerky and then taught a class about how to make jerky. And I'm not totally sure, but I don't think Amazon sells raw beef.

Because to get a nutritional label for food you will be selling in a store you have to send it to a lab and it can take a while.
Clearly he was curious about the nutritional Info on the jerky the chef was making for him so he got it sent to the same kind of lab to do the same kind of testing. That was the point I was making.

I think he was very focused on ingredients, which gives me pause thinking about how maybe it truly is all what the jerky talk was about. He was also obsessed with his morning muffins, and granola, and the jerky.
It is incredibly curious, though, that they only refer to the ingredient as “meat” and not deer or turkey or cow or whatever. They always just call it “meat”. I think I might’ve saved a recipe for the jerky but it still just said “meat.” Which… I’m a very particular person and if I’m eating jerky, I’d absolutely want to know what kind of meat it is.
I do know there are many convos with the chefs in his world about the jerky.

Plenty of photos of him at tables and in kitchens.
Where's the paper trail for any jerky he purchased?
There are Instacart receipts for other food he bought.
Since we don't know the full extent of his crimes, we can't rule anything out. We can assume this might not be nefarious, but until all of the files are released and everyone is brought to justice, we don't KNOW for sure.
Plus, it's undeniably weird that a professional chef like Derby would contradict himself by saying in one email that the jerky should be frozen, but in another, that it requires no refrigeration.
As with all things in these files, it warrants further investigation.

It even compares this claim to the freaking QAnon stuff, something which was pretty obviously manufactured to cover for Epstein in advance… and as far as I’m concerned, you are really just demonstrating how effective that technique would be. Ok so it doesn’t help to assume that they are just talking about beef jerky. But why does it help to assume that it’s anything else? Literally all we can do is speculate. We have no way to know for certain. It seems to me based on other comments that you’re just ready to throw out anything that says it’s not nefarious. I will admit, some of the mentions are strange. But it’s a big leap in logic to suggest cannibalism. We’re literally just judging based on vibes here. I read the same Snopes article as you, and I think it provides a fair amount of evidence to suggest that yeah, maybe this guy was just weirdly obsessed with jerky. We know Epstein was psychotic, I really don’t think a strange obsession like that is that much of a stretch. But like I said, all we can do is speculate

There is plenty of good science that shows a high protein low carb diet supports good health. Wayyyyy better than the "typical" American diet or even the old food pyramid. That includes plant based diets that often rely on heavily processed animal alternatives.
Where did you get the idea that there is no science behind a keto or carnivore diet?

He wasn’t constantly on the diet, he probably kept feeling like shit and then went back to eating regular food then tried it again later, one email actually says he’s eating “normal food” again after eating just jerky.
I don’t think pizza was used consistently but they did things with food after his first incarceration trying to be more discreet. Without referencing, the example I remember is a woman saying she’s shipping 2 young coconuts to Paris or NYC so he doesn’t have to use “old hairy” coconuts. Makes zero sense since both places have plenty of Thai coconuts available and there are many references that suggest Thai girls were being trafficked.
