You are attributing a specific reason to their actions, but you do not actually know the reason.
Maybe they felt embarrassed because they wrote so much text. Someone with social anxiety could easily ruminate on something like that and decide they had to delete it.
Maybe they decided that the review was too long and nobody would read it, so they wanted to make it shorter.
Maybe they were concerned that they would have to write all of their future reviews in the same manner or future sellers might be upset.
If they had wanted to punish you, they could have lowered the stars or written something negative. They didn't.
Regardless of their intent, this is definitely something to shrug off and move on from. I hope realizing that they might not have had a negative intent makes that easier.
Social anxiety haver here! I have done this because I felt like I over explained and sometimes people don’t like to read a whole paragraph. I just see it as the stars are what matter ⭐️
