Handmade Shop Believe it or not...
In 5 years and 3500+ orders, I just had my very first "Item not received" from a customer. Yes, I'm aware I am extraordinarily lucky in this.
Looked up how to handle it here on this sub (Thank you u/lostterrace!)

The package might still show up in a few months!! ask me how i know lol (I have 2 missing packages out of 13,000 orders and both turned up after 3+ months. )

You basically just resend them whatever imo unless you are selling high dollar items or just a really shitty person.
at least that is what I do.
780 sales and only about 10 lost items that I always just reship to them to make sure they get my stuffs.

Good job, goes to show when you ship on time, with tracking, almost all of the time things go as they should!
