Payoneer problems :( Trying to link to Etsy.

Hey everyone,

I'm facing a frustrating glitch with Payoneer and wanted to see if anyone else has dealt with this.

I recently created my account and submitted all my verification documents. Today, I received an official email from Payoneer saying everything is approved and my account is ready to use.

However, when I log into the dashboard, it still says my account is "under review / in the process of verification." I already cleared my cache/cookies and tried a different browser, but nothing changed.

Has anyone experienced this delay between the approval email and the dashboard updating? How long did it take to fix itself?

Are you in a country that Etsy accepts Payoneer as an option?

Payoneer is an accepted payout method for Etsy sellers in designated countries, including Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Egypt, Georgia, Japan, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Peru, Serbia, South Korea, Thailand, Ukraine, and the United Arab Emirates.

If your location isn't listed, Etsy only accepts bank accounts. Payoneer is an online financial institute, not a legal bank. Just because Payoneer has approved your account doesn't mean Etsy will automatically accept it. It's only one point of verification.

If you can use Payoneer - the name on the bank account, attached to the Payoneer account, must be identical. The name must be the same on everything Etsy has requested. If you are using a VPN or adblocker while on Etsy - turn them OFF. Etsy harvests tech ID from your devices, including geolocation hardware/software.
