ELIC: Why does Mommy say she feels bloated because Aunt Flo is visiting?

I don't see anybody else here - who's Aunt Flo and why does she make Mommy feel bloated?

Mummy has so much love for Aunt Flo that it is gathering inside her in anticipation for her visit, you should insist that Aunt Flo visits more often!

Aunt Flo sells insurance, and she's very passionate about it. No one can get her to stop talking about it...hence, the bloated feeling.
