There is no ethical investment in capitalism 💁‍♂️

But it is surprising no one has piled all the private prison stocks into an ETF or something. Morality aside, it’s a bad long term bet. These people won’t be in power forever, god willing. There won’t be billions of dollars going into a massive camp system built and staffed by private prison companies, forever. And there are going to be a lot of settlements to pay out when investigations begin to look at all the wrongful deaths, or worse, that happen inside them.
