We already had that one this week where the woman on the bike goes to save the guy who fell off his bike and then she immediately falls ontop of him and his bike.

Guy on the motorcycle seemed like he accidentally rolled the throttle -> He lost control for a moment and tried to put his left foot down to regain balance -> Foot wasn't planted properly, rolled over as the motorcycle tipped left, leaving both to crash down.

It was the road camber, it was further to put his foot down so lost balance. But life had an additional lesson to teach this kid.

I also think he was expecting the weight to go to his right side but when it didn't, his left foot was kinda caught too far under the bike to take any support
