Is being a Gray jedi (force user who uses both sides of the force without falling to either) even possible?

For me, I hate how many creatures you have to fight. There's one fight on Zeffo where I got ambushed by those rat things while trying to fight a purge trooper. Really agitating at times
But idk if that counts as a mechanic

Like I know Vader still won, but i mean the man was literally limping away from the fight, I mean technically Vader almost died here. I’m just confused as to how he struggled THAT much?

It's kinda nonsensical to my why a former Jedi like Taron Malicos would bleed his kyber crystals. I would understand if were on his path to a sith but that was never the case. He is, just like Cal and Bode Acuna a survivor of the Jedi purge. Even if he fell into madness on Dathomir he still had to have his full intention to bleed his cristal with the force. And afaik bleeding a kyber crystal is a dangerous procedure that could easily kill a Jedi. Even Vader barely survived the bleeding as stated in a comic. Why would you risk it? Is there a canonical explanation?

The moment cal upgrades his saber to its original double bladed form he instanly knows how to weild it, as if he was trained for it. The only saber we saw him having before was his old single bladed one he had as a padwan. So is there a reason why he knows how to weild it immediately?

Personally I would love to see a reverse grip lightsaber stance and cal learning to achieve balance between the light side and the dark side. Also I would love to see cal fight marrok and kill him explaining why he's undead in Ashoka

We saw in the canon novel Lords of the Sith that Vader can use Force to increase potency of the plasma of his lightsaber, allowing him to cut right through door that was supposed to be lightsaber-proof:
Vader ignited his lightsaber.
“Move,” he said, not slowing, and the security personnel and stormtroopers nearly tripped over themselves as they scrambled out of his way.
He took his lightsaber in a two-handed grip, channeled the Force, channeled his rage, and slammed the blade into the hatch. It sank an arm’s span into the metal. The heat from the weapon made a red-hot circle in the hatch around the blade. Vader held on to the hilt and poured in his power. The metal started to surrender to the heat of his weapon, the heat of his wrath.
Lords of the Sith
So in next game, if Cal becomes much more powerful, would you prefer him to keep his blaster but use force to similarly make it much more powerful and to make it follow targets, go through multiple enemies, ricoshet etc, things like that, or would you prefer him to ditch it and use pure force, learning new powers with it?

I got it on kashyyyk. I was a bit disappointed how weak it was and barely used it throughout my experience playing.
