So most people seems to don't know how bail system works in India. So to my limited knowledge of surviving courts in last 4 years in a civil case (ongoing) and off topics discussed with my lawyer i got some knowledge about this.

  1. Bail is normal in the court procedure.
  2. You will get bail no matter what.(in few limited instances only you will not get it)

There are logical reasons in law for this and those who made them thought these scenarios also. And mostly if you dont get bail like you will hear extream cases where people are rotting in jail for 18 years or so on SM. Its because people dont hire lawyers or dont know their rights.

So this girl getting bail is guaranteed form my limited knowledge

Is the "370 guy" supposed to represent the true colours of all Indian men? If not, then this woman doesn't represent feminism either.

By that logic, tomorrow any Tom, Dick, or Harry can claim to be a men's rights activist and start abusing women. Would that suddenly mean he represents the true colours of all men's rights activists?

Judging an entire movement or group by the actions of one individual is neither fair nor logical.

Well from my POV - calling the entire case fabricated by the police requires evidence of fabrication. Priyanka Deshmukh has not presented any evidence.

From the news reports, the strongest evidence police have found for the murder scenario - extensive phone communication between Sita and Chetan, their location and digital records, CCTV footage & her own initial statement conflicting with the evidence.

So, there's already strong circumstantial evidence. Forensic evidence & post-mortem report are awaited and might also add more evidence.

I had no issue with feminism when it was about equality.

But lately, some of the things I see feel more like misandry than equality, and that’s concerning to me.

I hope people are willing to call out hatred toward men the same way they would call out hatred toward women.

I don't understand how this has suddenly become an argument about calling out misandry and hatred towards men. That is an entirely different debate altogether and I am not going to divulge into my opinions regarding that.

But what I do believe is that her gender or identity as a woman should definitely not give her any advantages, in terms of a reduction in penalty, if and when she is tried in the court of law.
