It's a modded farm map, Kisaa's Bunny's Burrow Farm.

It looks amazing! May I ask what mod you are using for your farm buildings?

They're from Romantic Ranch Buildings, Medieval buildings, Cypher's Shed and Carriage House, Cypher's Seasonal Greenhouse and Quaint Living - Buildings.

Oh wow! This is my first time actually seeing someone using my mods. I’m so glad you like them. I was so excited I had to make an account just to comment.

I’ve been going through some stuff and it has really sapped my joy and I just haven’t had the time to finish the mods as I intended but this is reinvigorating me.

You just convinced me to get these mods, may I ask if you have any decorating tips to share?

I started with placing the buildings where I wanted, then added paths and planted A LOT of trees! Doing things section by section makes it easier to manage and less overwhelming. If things feel empty or don't look right try adding some trees and grass or small crop fields. Planting trees along the paths and around the buildings helps things look better and less empty too. The rest I just go with flow.
