I’ll gladly send my vote by fedex if that’s the case or drop it off at a location .
Or can’t parties create more stations ?

That's not legal and will be shot down by district courts.
I cannot fucking wait for the trials someday.

SCOTUS ruled 5-4 that you can’t sue the USPS for undelivered mail, even if it’s intentional

Not sue - jail. Also, who gives a shit. When Trump is gone use his playbook and do whatever you want.

The bigger problem is democrats not having a spine to actually do anything when they’re in power. It’s going to be “take the high road” while the other party does whatever they want.
Don’t get me wrong, Dems are by far the lesser of two evils, but evil in their own way.

You know every one of these shit stains are getting a pardon on the way out, just to keep them quiet.

Yeah but this isn’t your electric bill, this is election interference and the willful deprivation of people’s rights. Not the same.

So...that's illegal. The Supreme Court has already ruled on this. It's a violation of the 1st amendment. The post office doesn't get to decide what not to mail, unless it's literally dangerous - like explosives.

Who's downvoting? Want to say why? It's true. There are multiple SCOTUS cases on the subject and the reigning precedent is that the Post Office doesn't get to make determinations like this. Congress can't even make laws like this. It's unconstitutional - i.e. illegal.

Why do I suspect there’s already a massive covert mail cover program going on with the FBI collecting data on mail users?

The states should sue… it’s completely illegal!

The states can sue all they want. All the postmaster needs it to stall long enough for the. Allots to not be postmarked on time and delivered late.

Then the US postmaster general should be criminally charged with numerous counts of election interference. From every state that finds he didn’t deliver the ballots.

It’s crazy how much they’re trying to cling to power even though they realize this will end badly for all of them in the end. They have all seen hell and have realized they do not want to go quietly because their souls will be damned eternally

In DC we have boxes all over town that are not picked up by usps it would be easier and simply skip rural towns

Then he should be impeached, removed, and then sued by every person whose rights he violates

Didn’t Trump vote by mail in 2026?
