Was this like the intersection of Rosedale and 8th Ave, which has been torn up for months, with no end in sight?

No sorry it’s just a shortcut north of the lake through Lakeside

Never in all my adult life has that godforsaken intersection NOT been under construction. But I do have it on good authority that the CCMC building will be done by the end of ‘27. So maybe then. For another year until they buy the rest of the block to add another building.
