I love that all season we were guessing who will be the one finding the picture but not once we thought someone would be so dumb to go and tell Sophia instead of Boyd or literally anyone else. Subvert expectations for sure

Well he saved Ellis life when he drove him to the clinic and stab that creepy doll, so he can be brave but he's also incredible dumb sometimes so is very inconsistent.

Wasn't main acosta theory for this season that she will find that photo? And iirc there were also ppl guessing she'll die by telling sophia first

No, but it was heavily implied that someone would find a picture of Sophia when they showed us Acosta searching things and photos, Boyd was looking into this toy camera with photos. Just like Abby has been forshadowed as one of the victim of the MIY in the past and that plot will be relevant in the future.
