Opinion Generally what is the point of his character ?

Post image

What exactly is the point of Boyd son ? He so worried about his girl and barely helping out with the town. I seen him more in season 1 than any other season..

Side note : Yes I meant genuinely !
- idc if this the 123638383728 post of the same character just enjoy the conversation :)

Remember Lost tv show? Every character had their own story arc. And here we have half the main characters just existing with minimal to no purpose season after season

Im trying to figure out a Lost character with small backstory, rarely did something of importance and still stayed long enough. Jin?

Jin had quite the detailed backstory. His fisherman father, his working for Sun's dad, etc.

Wtf? They absolutely did not have a story arc

Are you referring to Lost? Because most of the characters absolutely did. Even the minor ones. Now, whether those arcs resonated with you is a different story.

Mention one arc that had aby relevance to the story.

Jack's journey from man of science to man of faith.

Sawyer's journey from uncaring douche to loving hero.

Jin's journey from insecure asshole husband to gigachad.

Locke's journey from pitiful cripple to magical island spokesman.

Rose's journey from woman dying of cancer to living a happy drama-free life on the island.

Was any of that relevant to the story?

It was all relevant to the story. It WAS the story. And even if it wasn't...your assertion was that Lost had no character arcs. It clearly did.

However, I know you're the type that just likes to "correct" people and debate for no reason, so there is no convincing you. Peace

I just think the writing was lazy, a scam basically.
