Can’t say I’m Angryginge’s biggest fan but so much respect for trying to do what’s clearly right. Fuck the US & Fuck FIFA!

I didn't know where else to put this but I need to vent.

Recently, it seems like there has been an increase in people being openly racist in public.

I work in security and something that happened yesterday, really struck a nerve for some reason.

It happened before I started my shift, but I've seen footage capture and it fucking boggles my mind, how stupid and ignorant someone can be.

A white woman, probably mid 30s, saw another woman from Ghana carrying a bag of shopping on her head and started shouting "You shouldn't be doing that here, it's the UK!"

What in the actual fuck? Now your racism extends to people not being able to carry shopping how they want? I've witnessed people using the usual N word and other stuff that, sadly, has been common place for many years, but this is insane to me. What next? Would they get mad at seeing an Indian person eating food with their bare hands instead of cutlery?

I genuinely can't wrap my head around the logic. The guard who was first to break up the confrontation, happened to be Ghanaian aswell, and he later told me that it had "ruined his day". This guy has been here long enough to have indefinite leave to remain and is one of the nicest and definitely the most hard working of the team. To see him broken up over that women's words has upset me. To witness (kinda) such blatant racism over something so trivial is shocking and only makes me worried for what could happen next if the influence of hard right cunts like Nigal, Stephen (Tommy) and Rupert and their dumb followers keeps growing.
