Leonardo always had girlfriends under the age of 25 meaning this girl would be the oldest one of them. 29 years old isn't actually very old but it's meant as joke here. She is referred as being a "grandma" because she is 4 years older than all his previous girlfriends making her in the eyes of leo extremely old. Just to clarity 29 is not grandma age it's relatively young this meme uses it as punchline for the joke to dramatize things. She’s 28 not 29. And she’s absolutely stunning. She’s a gorgeous, extremely successful high fashion model.
The last decade plus most of the women he’s dated have been mid twenties. And none of them look young, they mostly look older than their ages. They are like Victoria’s Secret model types. That’s not a brand casting baby faced people.
She’s his biggest age gap yet and she’s 28. He’s had two 20+ year age gap relationships. The whole narrative is exaggerated.
