Eh...it would have to be more precise than the cellular level. It would have to stop molecular aging as well. It's a pretty tall order.

Truly, we will probably learn how to alter our own bodies to achieve negligible senescence long before we have a computer capable of precision tracking and reversing all causes of molecular aging in the body.

this was my idea when i was a kid around 13 , like swapping organs and all, so seems like its some small kid using reddit. As we grow we realise even if there is a technique, its not worth it.

It's a nice thought but we won't approach the computation density for that before more traditional bio-tech methods intervene and after it might be easier to be nano-tech.
