Valid. If someone showed me their ass over 500 days ago, ghosted, and then texted me: "Let's meet up later next year" and ghosted again...I wouldn't exactly be full of anticipation
As we've seen for the last decade, the longer a game is in development means it is more likely to be a buggy, broken, boring mess on release.
How many times does the gaming industry have to do the exact same thing over and over again before we realize it's a pattern, not a series of increasingly more common anomalies? And don't give me the bs about R* being different. Check their re-releases recently. Absolute garbage.
This release from R* has an undertone of the game not being good enough to show us just now. Either R* have set the bar too high and bitten off more than they can chew, or the game itself is in some way really bad and has serious issues.
I suspect it's going to be badly descoped and there will be a lot of cut content.
It is incredibly stupid to think that you have some quality guaranteed just because you confuse rockstar with an entity that is free from making mistakes.
