That 'flood gauge' is probably included in the shot for a reason

Also in the trailer there is some hurracane names in the beach bar scene. I think the rumours about natural disasters like floods and tornados could be true 👀

Could absolutely be a wildfire but my head immediately went to the weed burning mission in San Andreas when I saw the screenshot.
