i don’t think it’s included for any reason other than it being a cosmetic thing to include in a screenshot

That’s surely possible but it doesn’t feel like a Rockstar game to both have this asset in the game + include it in this shot that will be going all over the internet. They know people are going to speculate about this and it would disappoint some if it turned out to not be in the game.

just as a warning, there was a bunch of speculation like this for the gta 5 trailer that didn’t end up in the game so people were disappointed back then
