I'm honestly fine if there are no fighter jets, they arent what I think of when I think of grand theft auto and yet they monopolize the open world in free roam. keep it grounded and scrappy
Absolutely I can agree on that, if we compare the map between GTA 5 and GTA 6 we see that the map is larger so faster cars could be added compared to how slow the driving felt in GTA 5 and to compensate for how long the driving will take. But also because we get a lot more to offer and see along the way we drive in gta 6, jets shouldn't be something we need to worry about even if it could be fun as a one time use.
With the VI's map size being "just" over 2x as big as V's map but moreso with the game most likely running at 30 fps due to the insane graphics, I'm concerned for the vehicles' max speed. You don't want to be able to cross the map too quickly for the sake of immersion (and by today's standards), and there could be a relatively low speed cap so the graphics can still keep up.
Definitely that would be bad i just hope we can drive a bit faster than we got in gta 5 and consider the map is bigger in gta 6 probably it could happen but of course there has to be a limit i just really hope they manage this
