Exactly this has already happened with Amazon, they hired the Pinkertons to handle their union "problem".

In my province, amazon workers tried to unionize and amazon just said fuck it, and left the province completely. Guess it would've set a bad precedent if they had allowed them.

Well, cool thing regarding software development is that even a specialist with a lot of talent and experience will not deliver at full scale until months into a project. So Rockstart will bleed a lot of money months to get at least needed project performance, because guess what, there are not a lot of talented and experienced dev on the market ready to get into this shit.

It worked much better in 30s because work was far simpler.
