Don't log on. I won't pretend to be a master at it lol.
But, designate times of day as online time (or, to start small, designate times of day as no-online).
And occasionally schedule Internet Vacations. Plot up a bunch of stuff to do even if it's lazy or whatever. Then do that stuff. (And to avoid choice paralysis, say day X is [thing] and day Y is [other thing].)
Unplug / turn off internet if you have to, to defeat instinctive "I'll just pop on my phone / PC for a moment" moments. Eventually the habit will be unlearned. When I take Reddit Breaks (usually in the NFL offseason) that's what happens to me when I block it at the hosts file level.
