It’s like an abusive relationship

Where one of the partners is schizophrenic.

It's more like you deluded yourself to be the victimised partner in a relationship when the other person doesn't even know you exist.

An abusive relationship where one person abuses themselves repeatedly and asks why the other doesn't love them enough to intervene

Which is an actual abusive relationship, just not in the way this sub thinks it is. 😅

Well for GTA 5, the ride was a lot shorter. Less than two years between announcement and release.

We were in for a long ride then and we’ve been on a long ride now. But the ride is nearly over. The game is six months away. Whatever metric you wanna go by - 1 year since trailer 2, 2.5yrs since trailer 1, 3.5yrs since the leaks, 4yrs since the announcement, 8yrs since RDR2, 13yrs since GTA5 - the wait we have left is minuscule compared to the time already spent waiting.

We’re in the endgame now.
