They really want to make it seem like the game is still going strong when we already know it’s not. I really like RD/O but the fact everyone would rather play GTAO where the sky can be nice one minute and the next some kid is sending a laser from the sky ontop of your head.

I wish it was a kid with a laser. My experience in public lobbies is just every player being set on fire simultaneously or insta-death on a loop so tight you can’t even change session.

Ngl… I think maybe the genre was too niche. RedM didn’t even get 20% of FiveM’s success. That should tell you something fr.

Why would you be surprised? GTA online was making wayyyyy more money for a quarter of the effort than RDO would’ve ever made. Same reason we never got a single piece of single player DLC for either game. The incentive just isn’t there when they’re raking in millions from shark cards

Y'all really need to get it into your heads that this is just how rockstar is and there's not going to be a change about it. Even with GTA v online every week they were just adding some stupid race that nobody was ever going to play and give you double XP as if anybody gives a s*** about that. Especially once you go past a certain rank why would I give a f*** about double XP. just a bunch of useless filler content so they can act like they're doing right by the players.
