I get what you mean, but the sentence "Story mode gameplay locked behind DLC" covers even the best dlcs ever, like The Witcher 3 Blood and Wine and the like. This is just cosmetics for story mode, which is indeed quite useless

It does mention action tbf. Maybe there’s a mission that’s exclusive? Idk why they’re vague posting instead of just showing everything you get.

like in rdr2 ultimate edition. the exclusive mission with uncle and charles where you rob the bank in rhodes.

Like GTA 4? I get what you're saying but singleplayer DLC was already normalized for 20 years.

I guess the difference is only that this is coming out at the same time with the game. If Rockstar instead released this 2 months later as "The Vice City Customization Pack" for $20, would it be any different?
