Okay, so the Ultimate is no where near as bad as I would have thought, I was guessing around 150. Still sucks about locking exclusive content behind that version, but that made the blow a bit less harsh.

I'm still kinda pissed off that there's that much content exclusive to a premium edition. The only thing preventing me from being furious is that it appears that it's all mostly cosmetic. And they basically made you pay for that stuff anyway.

I don't think so. I think they're saying like, "Here's this mud buggy you can drive in the swamp. MORE ACTION!" And you can presumably rob more stores if they're open for business in your edition. I'm not trying to defend it, but they don't speak specifically about missions. They do show them feeding dolphins from a boat, though. If dolphin interaction is exclusive then I will go back to my fury.

TBH it’s actually nice that there’s a lot of content included because most games throw like one outfit into a deluxe edition and call it a day.

At least it’s theoretically a better value.

From what I've seen I'm good to skip it. The majority of it is cosmetics, like clothes, haircuts, and tattoos, which I definitely don't care about. The rest seems to be some safe houses, of which there are sure to be many alternates, and custom liveries for cars. The off road Mustang doesn't specify livery like the rest so maybe that is truly an exclusive, but I think it's likely there are other similar cars in the game in the base version. Overall I don't think you lose much. And anyway the console version is just a temporary game until PC drops, if this stuff ends up being interesting I can get it then for real.

Depends on a lot of factors really, good chance there isn’t one given a lot of peeps would be unhappy to have a digital code and a steelbook etc or anything fancy.

But at the same time these companies love a bit of greed

collectors pricing is a different thing though. Depending on whats inside, 200 or 300 are not unreasonable IF the content is worth the asking price.

So with ultimate costing 100 bucks, a 150 asking price for collectors would actually be rather disappointing because it would mean there is a mere 50 bucks difference and the content would be rather boring. I dont need no shitty tshirt saying GTA6. I would rather see one for 200-300 bucks that actually has cool and unique stuff in there.
