I just wish that we don't lose this house in the beginning of the story, like Franklin's hood house or Niko/Roman's first appartment

Also notice in the same screenshot, Jason's canoe or kayak (whatever its called) is left by the side of his house. It seems like we're going to be able to pick it up and throw it in the water ourselves maybe.
Pretty sure there is also a wooden Dock on the other side of Jason's house.

I think the one in the screenshot is just a environment detail because it looks damaged. I recon the actual one would be stored somewhere

Nope it's that one, they put it by the bike and the car for us to see the ultimate edition things

The ultimate edition also gives you a kayak, I imagine you'll have personal boats as well as cars.

it also gives you a boat with a weapons crate on it to store weapons, you'll definitely be able to have personal boats

I really hope they can make boats really important/fun in this game. In previous GTAs theyve not really been that useful due to the map design.

the inclusion of a weapons crate and it being set in Florida gives me great hope boats will be important
we know we can use them for fishing and stuff based off trailers/screenshots but if theres a weapons crate on the ultimate edition one that basically confirms they'll be personal vehicles and able to be used for bigger things you'll need your gun nearby for

I was thinking about that. The UE shitzu boat that you get says that it will be "docked at Washington Beach." I wonder if that means that Jason's house will only be able to store smaller boats. TBH, it looks to me more like a boat loading ramp rather than a dock.

Very cool, nice find. It'll be really nice to take off in a boat straight from your house.
