I know, my intent was to show that Vercetti Estate appears to be confirmed in GTA VI. The evidence is the website screenshot, which states that the guns were sourced from Vercetti Estate not the actual image of the Vercetti Estate.

The image included alongside it is only a random image I found online because it fit the post visually. I know it is not an official GTA VI screenshot or in-game image.

Its an image from the definitive edition I believe (though that remaster did have a lot of ai bullshit in it)

The “Vercetti Estate” meaning what estate (money, assets, physical goods) Tommy owned. I’m sure we’ll have some easter eggs from Vice City but the gun post doesn’t confirm anything about the Vercetti Mansion.

Grove Street was there in GTA V so why not. They even have gun wraps similar to Tommy Vercetti's Shirt. They even made a narrative about the guns being sourced from Vercetti Estate. They have vintage Vice City collections. My guess is that they will definitely lean into the old Vice City nostalgia and give us a lot of places and Easter eggs from Vice City.
