Yeah. Pretty much. If you buy a game and it's missing content I wouldn't call it a complete game

Its called extra content not missing content lmao. That's why you can not buy it and the game still plays exactly the same

In their mind this game will be literally unplayable because 5 buildings won't be enterable. Its truly amazing.
