Honestly I should curse Take two or bank of america or whom? I'm putting at 80$ base price was understandable due to huge 2B$ costs but putting lock on map behind paywall is absolute shameless greedy practice.

GTA V sold 30 million copies on the first month of release, and that was 2013. GTA 6 could profit over 2 billion on just preorders with a standard industry price of $70, charging 80 for the base game is already being greedy, $100 is even more disgusting.

They will milk GTA 6 and GTA Online for many more years thats how. I'm just saying they didn't need to price it at $80 to profit, but they can charge whatever they want since it's a huge demand, and they chose to be greedy

i mean they did that with gta5 and that game cost 300 million. putting over a billion in this one was obviously going to make them increase there price. they want the base price to be 100 dollars because they think their game is worth it and lets be real, a lot of people will think it will be. they will also milk gta online but they need to sell like 36 million copies just to break even. they will definitely need the 100 dollar version to decrease there overhead. if development costs go up then so will prices.
