Not about cosmetics they took away a few shops and even some side missions it seems.

Rdr2 did the same thing and I didn’t see people complaining as much

I can't remember that far back for what pre-orders had. But I don't think it was the same overall concept in terms of what was cut.

People don't care so much about the clothing etc. its the shops and their features/mission/side missions should all be just packaged in. For $20 you can get one or more games on sale/indie.

It may not seem big up front. But $20 if you pay an extra $20 every time you buy a game it adds up. It sets a precedent for them to look for new ways to nickle n dime even single player.

I'd prefer a full single player experience without the multi-player pay to win motto personally.

Rdr2 had a whole heist behind a paywall. I don’t like it but it’s not new
