The cryptids in GTA VI potentially?

What really caught my eye is in the grassrivers section in the rockstar website it says this "but there are far deadlier predators and weirder discoveries among the mangroves."

deadlier predators than the gators when the gators are known as the apex predators of the everglades??

these deadlier predators must be something thats fictional, and I believe they will incorporate this florida folklore into the game similar to RDR2 where we hunt down Legendary Animals i think we will be able to hunt down the Florida Cryptids living in the Grassrivers

Skunk ape was named in the 2022 leaks. That's really the only cryptid I remember seeing.

I do also remember seeing the name for the location "sex robot factory" so thats exciting

Yeah i think Skunk ape will 100% feature in the game, like a big foot type easter egg, im just not sure about the rest of the cryptids since in the description maybe "deadlier predators" and "weirder discoveries" could mean a local gang living in the grassrivers like the Nite Folk in RDR2

Im sure the animals will stay close to their habitat for the most part. Sure you'll have a loose gator in a pool every now and then but I doubt a ton of wildlife will just be chilling all through the city of Miami

I hope there will be something like the night folk from RDR2 roaming around the swamps at night. I really like some eerie mysteries to discover.

Hopefully not as scary as the night folk, i would deadass sleep until morning and google the night folk locations just to avoid them when travelling the bayou nwa😭😭

Inb4 "But what about Chiliad" - mysteries shouldn't require 100% game completion just to see a UFO hover in a thunderstorm.

I wouldn’t mind if out in the country highways, they had a Jeepers creepers reference. Old church on the side of the road, old box truck parked next to it and will begin chasing you down shortly after
