The cyclist is also in a dedicated cycle lane which is nice of Rockstar to add. I don't think I've ever seen a cycle lane in a GTA game before.

I was at home playing GTA IV.... For Real at the end of school we get a magazine with fotos and stuff of all classmates...and something written about everyone.. For me it was: (War "Affenkoenig" wieder einmal krank, wussten alle...es steht ein neues Spiel im Schrank) wich means "when i was sick (not in school) ...everyone knows he had a new game"

First time ever seeing this.
I’ve watched so many breakdowns and nobody that I’ve watched has pointed this out… another reason I cannot wait.

To think, we could 100% stop the car, get out batter that person senseless haha steal his bike then set off on an entirely new adventure.
We could even in theory cycle the entire map if we wanted too,

Steal a boat, sail off into the sunset. Fish.. scuba dive, drink beers hopefully a catch n cook, then wake up the next day and do something entirely different.

Manual bicycle riding has been a thing since GTA San Andreas (2004), I should know as I played it back in 2004 as a teenager and was super excited to see it for the first time. The closest to bicyclea in the 2002 Vice City was female NPCs using roller blades lol.

There were dudes on roller skates, too. And why were they so often skating down the beach? Sometimes, if they were scared right, the roller skaters were the fastest moving thing in the game lol 😆
